This Seller is a Scammer. The item I received was not the item that was listed. The item received is very small and has no eyelets for hanging. It is not stained glass, it is plastic. Seller offered to refund 20% of my purchase price and I keep the useless item sent. They keep 80% of my purchase price. When I said I still wanted to return they told me I had to pay return shipping. Watch out for this one, gives ebay a bad name . First photo is the listing, remainder are actual item.
